Consultation
We start by having a consultation with the client to discuss their needs, preferences, and budget. We take note of their wants and needs, and offer suggestions and recommendations.

Design
After the consultation, we create a design plan based on the client’s feedback. We create 3D representations and provide floor plans to show exactly what the finished product will look like.

Approval
The client reviews the plans, and if satisfied, approves the design and budget. At this stage, a deposit in required to secure your build spot.

Construction
We then begin the construction process, starting with securing necessary permits, then moving on to the construction work, Framing, Cladding, Electrical wiring, and Plumbing all starts to happen. This stage is where your home takes Shape. We keep the client informed throughout the process and ensure that it stays within the budget.

Finishing
Once the main construction is complete, we add the finishing touches such as flooring, paint, and fixtures. The client is kept informed of progress and has the option to make changes as needed.

Inspection
We perform a final inspection to ensure that everything is up to code, and that the client is satisfied with the finished product.

Delivery
The transportable home is then delivered and installed at its final location, and the client is given any necessary instructions and information.

Post-installation Support
We offer post-installation support to ensure that the client is happy with the final product and that any issues that may arise are promptly addressed.
